I order more than 2,000 cards? 8. Which courier do you use for free shipping?
1. What program(s) do you accept? We accept files in any version of Quark Express, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw and PDF. For files saved a .tif or an .eps format, all text must be converted to outlined or curved and images be saved at 300dpi or higher and in CMYK colors not RGB colors.
The extra 1/8th inch bleed around the card (or flyer/brochure or newsletter) is required for cutting." But in Quark, this extra 1/8" can be inside the "document size" or can bleed outside of it. Please be clear which you want, i.e., a 2x3.5 business card that also has the 1/8" bleed outside the document area, or a 2.25 x 3.75 document that contains the bleed.
3. What paper stock do you print?
4. What resolution should I save for the images? We prefer 300dpi resolution for images for optimal printings and file transfer. Minimum of 200 dpi would be acceptable but not preferable. Higher resolution does not help to print better cards but it would make unnecessary larger file size.
5. What is your turnaround time? Our turnaround time is a 5 working days basis from the day we receive your files and payments.
6. Do you operate MAC or PC platform? We operate both.
