WE ARE ACCEPTING
- When you
upload your files, please ensure that
place layout files, images and fonts
in one folder and then compress the folder into a .sit or .sea or .zip format.
Also make sure that images should be saved at 300dpi or more resolution and CMYK
in a TIFF or EPS or JPG format. Do not enlarge images.

- When
you name your folders, layout files and images, do not use common names
such as 1, 2, 3, or a, b, c. It
would be better to put your name or company name (i.e. smith1, smithimage2,
etc.).

- Quark Express:
Include all fonts and images you used.

- Photoshop:
Resolution of files
should be 300 dpi or higher.
- Save your file in CMYK and an EPS or
TIFF format. Do not enlarge images.

- Illustrator: Make sure colors
are in CMYK.
- Convert all text to outlines. Save colors in CMYK
and an EPS format.

- Corel Draw 9: Include fonts or
convert text to curves.
- Save your file as a .cdr or .ai format. Make sure colors
and images are included.
- PDF:
Embed
fonts. For multi pages documents, do not spread pages. Set pages
in a reader's signature.
HOW
TO SET UP YOUR LAYOUT FILES
Add 1/8¡±(0.125") bleeds around the 4 sides. They will be cut
down to exact sizes. Place all text and images that you don't want
to cut 1/8"(0.125) in from the trim size on all 4 sides.
