1.  Submitting Files by FTP Clients 
      Upload all your files through FTP.
      Browse files on your hard drive and upload.
      Your Internet Browser security level should set to medium or low.
 
2.  If FTP does not work, try FTP(Secondary).
      Click FTP(secondary) to connect and browse files on your hard drive and
      upload.
Before submitting your files, please ensure that place a master file, images and fonts in one folder. And then compress a folder into a .sit, .sea or .zip format.  
Also make sure that images should be saved at 300dpi resolution and CMYK in a TIFF, EPS or JPEG format. Do not enlarge images.
When you name your folder, master files and images, do not use common names such as 1, 2, 3, or a, b, c.  We would suggest to put your name or company name (i.e. smith1, smithimage2, etc.).  
Important! - Do not use special characters such as %,&,#, :,etc.The file names  should not be exceeded in 30 characters to avoid upload errors.
